This dish happened out of desperation & panic. I was to cook for an office potluck wherein majority of the crowd was vegetarian. After racking my brains for a while, I decided to convert a chicken recipe into Malai Paneer! The fragrance of it while cooking took over our home! All the flavors in this recipe are so delicate and when they come together it is an absolute delight for the taste buds.
The other good thing about this dish is that it is a one pot recipe. Everything is put in one go and left to cook on low flame, very handy for cooking in morning for office potluck π Pleasant surprise was that my hardcore nonvegetarian colleagues also enjoyed this dish!
