My younger one is starting to teeth and is ready to chew anything and everything in plain sight EXCEPT his teether. And so began the mission of healthy teething cookies. I wanted to include oats in his meal and be low on sugar, which led me to this recipe. With ripe bananas as the sweetener this experiment worked well for my munchkin.
These cookies need to be stored in the freezer since the cold effect soothes the gums. Keep them out of the freezer for 2-3 minutes before giving it to your little one.
